A lot of systems people are told to replace just need one part, a loose wire tightened, or a drain line cleared. I’ll tell you honestly whether yours is worth fixing. If it really is time for a new one, I’ll give you a fair price on that too.

When you call, you get me.
I’m Todd Rigsby. TR Mechanical is my company, and I run it out of Brentwood. There’s no dispatcher and no sales team, so the person who answers your call is the person who shows up to do the work.
I’d rather find the actual problem than guess and swap parts, and I’ll explain what I find in plain English. I’ve installed units everywhere from Brentwood attics to a houseboat on the lake. Wherever the job is, I do it right and clean up when I’m done.
